Hi everyone, my name is Beto I'm here because I'm looking for a foster family or maybe even my own forever home. A little bit about me; I was born 3 yrs ago in TJ Mexico, my mommy was poor, but she loved me and all my brothers and sisters. One day I got lost from my mommy and found myself wandering the streets so hungry and crying for my mommy. People weren't very nice to me, but one day this nice lady heard me crying so she picked me up and took me straight to the doctor. I wasn't feeling good and I had a really bad stomach ache.  The nice lady gave me medicine and I felt so much better after. Yes, it has been 3 long years and I'm still here waiting for a family to give me a chance. I use to live with my friend Chloe, but she recently left me and I think I heard them say that she found her own forever home in San Diego. I miss Chloe, but I'm so happy for her. Even though I do have other doggie friends here, it's really a hard life living in TJ. I had a rescue, who kept promising that she will find me a home, but she left behind by with a few of my friends. They collected all my little fluffy dogs friends and bailed out on a lot of us. That rescue never even sent us food or took care of our medical needs. I could see that my foster was upset and really didn’t know what to do. So she called another rescue called TLC K9 Rescue and explained the situation. Then all of a sudden we had lots of food to eat, treats and even toys to play with. I never even seen a toy before. What do I do with them? Then some of my doggie friends started leaving me to this place called San Diego and I could see my foster smiling and happy again. Now she is telling me Beto, don't you worry you are going to find your forever home soon. But I'm still here. I'm really ready and so excited to come to San Diego, CA for my 2nd chance at life. You see even though my foster is a beautiful lady we are not allowed in the house because there's no room so we live outside. So my rescue found us another boarding place were we can be a little warmer inside. But it's an opened space and it's getting really cold out. My rescue is really worried for me. She sends plenty of food and treats, but because I'm so submissive the other doggies bully me and take my treats from me. I never had a family that loved me before, but I would love to experience that love with a family of my own. Please give me a chance to find my own furever home. I just need a family to give me that opportunity and teach me the American ways, I promise I won't disappoint you because I'm very smart and eager to learn. I'm friendly, playful, good with people, kids, and other friendly dogs. I'm even fully vaccinated and neutered. This is truly a plea for help. Beto, has been in limbo waiting for rescue help for a long time so of course I took him, Chloe and several others under my wings. They have all since been adopted, but poor Beto is still waiting. This poor boy has never even felt grass on his Paws. Beto is a happy go lucky boy, he loves people, children and dogs of all sizes. He needs a home with a secured 6 foot fence and a yard with grass to play and learn in.. Please give Beto a chance. Apply to foster or adopt Beto at tlck9rescue.org
