The streets of Tijuana can be a harsh place, and it was heartbreaking to witness a drug addict attempting to sell tiny puppies. We simply couldn't stand by and watch what was happening to those innocent babies, so we stepped in and took them and their mother under our care. Thankfully, we weren't alone in wanting to help; two other wonderful rescues joined forces with us. They generously took in the mama dog and four of her pups, while TLC took in the remaining two, Luigi and Brody. Now, these little ones are thriving! At 6 months old, they are bursting with playful energy and have blossomed into incredibly friendly pups, loving people, dogs, and even cats. Luigi, is fully ready for his forever home, having been vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
